Day 6. The last day of the ‘Fashion Circus’ as one waiter in London once described Fashion Week, not the #iconic band that is managed by JYP. It was the day that I showed Hannah around my favourite two weeks of the year, and hoped that she didn’t hate it (spoiler alert: she didn’t). The last day for me to shoot some streetstyle, the last day for me to get caught in the lenses of many a photographer, since my Day 6 outfit was kind of slightly popular.
I’ve really loved a lot of the streetstyle this season. While there were possibly a few more peacocks strutting around than last season – and way more obviously foreign foreigners around – I still feel that the vast majority of the fashion worn during this week is pretty much the wearers’ everyday fashion. I’d definitely see a lot of these outfits in Hongdae or along Garosugil, which is always nice.

The micro/kids fashion was so on point this season that it was genuinely concerning me. Both in the sense that ‘heck there are literal four year olds that have more style than I could ever hope to’, and ‘wow I hope these kids actually want to be here and this isn’t just some whim of their mum’s because #streetstyle’. Every time I see well dressed kids here, even regularly on the streets, it’s half props to the parents for battling them into that outfit, and half me wishing that the kids could just wear what they wanted and feel comfortable in. And then I end up perpetuating the whole cycle by taking photos of the kids…. eh.

I love how inspired I feel in fashion and styling at the end of the ‘fashion season’. So many trends that I’ve seen from the two full days I spent at the DDP are things that I think I can easily fit into my wardrobe, it’s just a question of finding things that I like within those trends to add.
Let me know what you think of all of these outfits, and which one is your favourite? Also, if you have seen anything here that you’d love to add to your wardrobe for the coming season.
