Well, it went from 0 to 100 real fast. And by 100 I mean really fecking freezing. Like, we've had snow. It's November. I'm not really one for the cold, as you can probably tell. But it's great that it's nearly Black Friday, and I can pretty much up my fluffy/cable knit/super thick jumper count without having to auction off a kidney.
And I'm still going to insist on cute outfits regardless of the temperature.
crop top: forever21
suspender skirt: liz lisa via ebay
shoes: c/o clarks
I showed you guys this suspender skirt in an ebay haul, so I won't say too much about it now, other than I realllllly really love it. The shirt and jumper are old pieces from forever21 and h&m respectively, that are go to's in my wardrobe. I have the top in about 7 different colours, do love a good forever21 crop.
The shoes though. These pretty little things are the Kendra's*, courtesy of Clarks and I am all sorts of enamoured. I've wanted a pair like these for a ridiculously long time, the little ankle strap makes sure these stay securely on my feet, and helps keep them cutesy. They're also all sorts of comfy, due to the cushioned sole, so I can't see these being painful at all. Which makes a nice change, the heel is also quite a bit lower than most of my other black pumps, so 1) mum'll be pleased and 2) I could probs wear these all day.
I also really love the contrasting uppers, the front is a matte black, and the heel a more patent mock-croc. All the pretty. So glad I chose them tbh. They're a very welcome addition to my shoedrobe.
Just an fyi, Clarks are taking part in Black Friday this year! So don't forget to check out their website for all the deals on selected lines, starting tomorrow (23rd November)!
How cold is it where you are? Have you had any snow yet, and what are you excited to get your paws on this Black Friday?
